We seldom have the time to look closely at objects that are both decorative and useful that have been thoughtfully designed and made by skilled craftsman over the many years - drawer handles, coins, military buttons, and tiny, delicate gears inside clocks…I CELEBRATE THESE!

I also have $ next to things that are valuable enough to sell separately, but I love using items that are really beautiful and don’t care if I use things that are too valuable.
This collage is in a shadow box and is loaded with wonderful things. The fanciest is a decorative embellishment piece for Victorian furniture, 2 fancy pressed brass Drawer handle backs, 2 1800’s bail pull handles, 3 military insignia, old eyeglasses, 2 Anasazi pottery sherds. I especially like the British Devon Constabulary button and the Royal Engineers button. This is a great collage!
